Hey Crew!

As promised, I’m back to tell you guys more about the awesome interview I had with Kelle. In our last email, we talked about the soft side of healing, like the Vitamin G (gratitude), the mindset, and the absolute refusal to accept a hopeless prognosis.
But I know you guys. You want the data. You want the numbers. You want to know exactly what Kelle put into her body to turn a Stage 4 diagnosis into a "technically NED" result in just four months.
So, let’s get down to business.

Kelle’s Scans

Fenben and Ivermectin
We know these two are the heavy hitters in our community, but dosing is always the big question. Kelle didn't tiptoe around this. She went in with a strategy to aggressively target the cancer stem cells.
Fenbendazole: Kelle takes 222 mg daily. And yes, she is using the goat paste we all know from Amazon. If you hate the taste, and I mean, who doesn’t, she shared a brilliant hack. You squeeze your dosage onto a cookie sheet in little dots and freeze them. You can pop them like pills. No mess, no taste.
Ivermectin: She worked with a doctor to get this compounded, and her dose is significant. She takes 60 mg per day, split into three doses of 20 mg each.
She emphasizes taking these with fat for absorption. She uses MCT Oil (about a tablespoon), although we had a good laugh about how MCT oil can be hard on the stomach for some of us.
If you can’t handle MCT, olive oil or a fatty meal works, but the fat is non-negotiable to make sure the medicine actually gets into your cells.

The Fasting Schedule
This part of Kelle’s routine blew me away. She is fundamentally altering her metabolism to make her body an inhospitable environment for cancer. She believes in keeping the body guessing so the cancer cells can never get comfortable.
Daily Intermittent Fasting: She eats only between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Two meals, absolutely no snacking.
The Deep Fasts: Once a month, she does a 72-hour water fast.
The Maintenance Fasts: On top of that, she throws in two 48-hour fasts throughout the month.
It sounds intense because it is. But the logic is sound. You see, cancer cells are glucose-dependent gluttons.
By cutting off their fuel supply through fasting, Kelle effectively weakens them, making them more vulnerable to the Fenben, the Ivermectin, and her own immune system.

Oxygen and Light
Finally, Kelle attacked the cancer’s environment. We know cancer thrives in hypoxic (low oxygen) conditions. So, Kelle decided to flood her system with oxygen.
Her husband, who sounds like an absolute legend, by the way, actually tracked down a hospital-grade Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber (HBOT) and drove it home. Kelle uses this several times a week to drive 100% oxygen into her tissues under pressure.
It’s like diving deep underwater, forcing oxygen into places where circulation might be poor, which are the exact places where tumors like to hide.
She pairs this with Red Light Therapy. While she has a dedicated room for this now, she gave us a free, accessible alternative: Morning Sunlight.
She spends 20 minutes outside every morning, barefoot on the ground, letting the early sun hit her eyes without any sunglasses. This naturally regulates cortisol and boosts mitochondrial function.

The Results Speak for Themselves
Kelle didn’t just guess if this was working; she tracked it. She monitored her CA 15-3 tumor markers monthly.
Starting Number: 68 (High)
Lowest Number: 24 (Normal is under 31)
Current Status: Hovering around 30
She is winning. She is vibrant. And she is proof that when we combine advanced metabolic strategies with an unshakable belief in our own ability to heal, miracles become reproducible.
