  • A look at creating an internal environment hostile to abnormal cells using the synergistic power of Essiac tea, Fenbendazole, and Curcumin.

  • Insights into how Ivermectin and Tirzepatide support cellular autophagy and maintain a calm, regulated metabolic baseline.

Hey Crew!

I am so incredibly excited to share some of the rising tides of wellness and prevention that have become such a cornerstone of my life. As many of you know, my mission with Cancer Crew has always been to empower our community to be the most educated advocates for their own health.

Today, I want to talk to those of you who are focused on the long game, prevention. It is so much easier to keep a house clean than it is to rebuild it after a storm. I truly believe that when we remove the toxins and properly nourish our systems, our bodies have an incredible internal capacity for resilience.

My daily protocol is designed around one goal, creating a physiological environment that is completely hostile to the development of abnormal cells.

1. Essiac Tea

My day begins at 7:00 AM with 3oz of Essiac tea. This is about flooding my system with potent antioxidants during my body's peak detoxification window.

  • The Science: Research from the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health has shown that Essiac has a massive radical-scavenging capacity, reducing reactive hydroxyl signals by up to 84%. Hydroxyl radicals are the troublemakers that cause the double-strand DNA breaks leading to mutations.

  • The Synergy: This blend combines burdock root (a traditional blood purifier), sheep sorrel (rich in polyphenols for DNA protection), slippery elm bark (which supports gut integrity), and Indian rhubarb (which contains emodin to support immune surveillance). I take this three times a day to maintain steady antioxidant levels.

2. Ivermectin & Fierce Health

At 8:00 AM, I move into what I consider the most critical layer of cellular protection. I take 25mg of Ivermectin, and I am extremely particular about where I source it.

For me, Fierce Health is the absolute best in this space. They are not just another telemedicine company, they are a clinician-led platform dedicated to the science of living well. Every single prescription is reviewed by board-certified, US-licensed physicians who actually understand cellular performance and longevity.

When you are serious about your health, you need a partner that is the real deal.

  • The Science of PAK1: Ivermectin is a potent inhibitor of PAK1, a kinase that many types of cancer hijack to promote uncontrolled growth and metastasis.

  • Cellular Cleanup (Autophagy): By blocking the PAK1/Akt/mTOR pathway, Ivermectin induces cytostatic autophagy. Think of this as a deep cellular spring cleaning that recycles damaged organelles and cellular junk before they can ever turn into something harmful. It essentially forces potentially aberrant cells to self-digest and renew.

3. Fenbendazole & Olive Oil

Alongside my Ivermectin, I take 222mg of Fenbendazole with one tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

  • Microtubule Disruption: Fenbendazole acts as a structural disruptor. It binds to tubulin, the scaffolding that cells need to divide. In a prevention context, this ensures that any cells attempting rapid or uncontrolled division are arrested in their tracks.

  • The Starvation Strategy: Perhaps most importantly, Fenbendazole interferes with glucose metabolism. It downregulates the GLUT1 transporters and inhibits Hexokinase II, the very mechanisms that abnormal cells use to gorge on sugar for energy. We are essentially cutting off the energy supply to the bad actors.

  • The Olive Oil Secret: I take this with olive oil not just for absorption, but because high-quality oil contains oleocanthal. This molecule selectively triggers lysosomal membrane permeabilization (LMP) in compromised cells, causing them to break down while leaving healthy cells completely untouched.

4. Curcumin, CBD, and Vitamin E

To round out the morning and evening schedules, I include a trio of powerhouses to manage the background noise of the body.

  • Curcumin: This is my primary tool for inhibiting the NF-KB inflammatory pathway. Chronic inflammation is a major driver of DNA damage, and Curcumin helps keep that fire extinguished.

  • CBD: When combined with Curcumin, CBD has a synergistic effect in promoting selective apoptosis (programmed cell death) in metabolically stressed or damaged cells.

  • Vitamin E: I use mixed tocopherols, specifically for gamma-tocopherol, which has a unique ability to trap reactive nitrogen species (RNS) that can cause genomic mutations.

5. Tirzepatide Microdosing

Finally, I incorporate a weekly microdose of Tirzepatide (5 units). This is another tool that I get from the experts at Fierce Health.

  • The Science: While many use this for weight loss, I use it as a metabolic baseline. By stabilizing insulin and lowering IGF-1 (a powerful growth signal), we are keeping the body’s metabolic environment calm and regulated. Maintaining metabolic health is one of the single best things you can do to reduce long-term risk
