Hey Crew!
I am sitting here today, looking out the window at the end of this year, and my heart is just overflowing.
If you had told me a few years ago, when I was walking through the darkest, most terrifying days of chemotherapy and feeling like my spiritual connection was being severed by the weight of those toxic drugs, that we would be standing here together as a community of thousands, I’m not sure I would have believed you.
But God is so incredibly good. He has a way of turning our deepest, most painful trials into a full-circle moment of service and light.
A Founding Year of Growth
This first year of Cancer Crew has been nothing short of a miracle. Watching this Crew expand has confirmed what I’ve felt in my gut all along: people are looking for a different way to navigate this journey. They are looking for hope and real, actionable resources.

Stories that Heal: We had the distinct honor of telling the stories of 11 survivors, fighters, and caregivers. These inspiring individuals helped show us all that there are multiple paths to healing.
One thing that truly touched me this year was seeing how much you all used the resources we’ve worked so hard to create. We’ve provided dozens of guides, but seeing that 18,000 of you found our 5-minute breast examination guide super helpful just blew me away.
Empowering you to know your own body and take charge of your health is exactly why I started this. We also got to learn from 13 doctors and experts who are truly the real deal.
One of the most impactful moments was our seminar with Dr. Claas Hohmann of Buff Medical Resort, where he broke down the science of Apheresis and how cleaning the toxins out of our blood can support the body’s internal healing systems.
The Highlight of My Year
As many of you know, I traveled to Germany earlier this year to experience Buff Medical Resort firsthand.
From the moment I walked in, I could feel the difference. They saw me as a person, not a patient. During one treatment, they brought me heating pads and a warm blanket for my feet, just to make sure I was relaxed.
There was no sales pitch. The doctors listened and only recommended what my body truly needed, they even told me not to do certain treatments because they weren't necessary. It’s a place built on integrity.
This experience was so restorative that I became determined to make sure as many of you as possible get that same incredible care. We announced our 2026 Cancer Crew Retreat to Buff Medical Resort earlier this year, and I am so moved and excited to be able to share this incredible experience with you!

As we look toward the new year, we are staying true to our mission as hybrid healers. We will continue to merge the very best of traditional treatment with the power of natural healing, energy work, and nourishment.

I always say that healing happens one little step at a time. You don’t have to do it all perfectly today. Just look for the better choice, nourish your body, and remove the crap where you can.
