Carli's Optimized Protocol

"Each patient carries his own doctor inside him. We are at our best when we give the doctor who resides within each patient a chance to work."

Dr. Albert Schweitzer

Hi friends,

Carli here.

After Raleigh sent out our last newsletter about the asymmetric bets we’re making to keep this cancer in check, so many of you reached out with encouragement, deep questions, and your own stories. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me.

So I wanted to send a follow-up—this time from me. From the perspective of someone who wakes up every day making choices to heal. Who’s learning to listen to her body more than ever before. And who’s feeling more alive than I have in a long time.

After my first clear PET scan in March of 2025, I was elated. But I’ll be honest—I was still waiting for the other shoe to drop. Maybe it was a fluke. Maybe I got lucky.

But then came the second clean scan.

And something cracked open in me. Not just relief—integration.

I hadn’t been able to physically and mentally feel or create joy in years. I finally felt home in my body again.

I felt like myself again. The me who creates. The me who trusts the miracle of the body. The fear lifted. And in its place came this fierce celebration—my body telling me: You finally heard me. You finally trusted me. And I’ve got you.

Below are three key things I’ve added to my healing protocol that I believe will continue to get me clean scans—without having to take the medications that once made me so incredibly sick. This protocol makes me feel stronger and stronger. It feels like it’s actually healing my body, not just putting a band-aid on a ticking time bomb.

I know that seems like a bold statement, but I have to be bold because I already did everything the standard of care told me to do, and it didn’t work. I have to be bold in hopes that it inspires someone else to trust their own intuition.

I don’t expect this protocol to be a copy-and-paste solution for everyone. I just want to ignite curiosity. To plant the idea that maybe—just maybe—the body already knows exactly how to heal. And maybe that knowing doesn't come from the fluorescent halls of oncology departments, but from something quieter, older, and wiser.

Perhaps there’s a wisdom and consciousness inside us that can FEEL how to HEAL.

If you want to see the full breakdown—including what I take, when I take it, and clickable resources—I put together a free downloadable guide.

My Protocol: Optimized

1. Ivermectin Frequency: Trusting My Body’s Signals

I’ve continued taking ivermectin, but I’ve changed how I use it based on how well my body was tolerating it—and how much better I felt on it than off. There were no side effects, just a quiet kind of support I could feel. So I made the decision (with my body’s full cooperation) to make it part of my daily rhythm.

If you’re curious about the exact amount, you can grab the full reference guide at the end of this note.

But here’s the real takeaway: the more I trust my body, the better I feel. And so far, this choice has felt not just right—but aligned.

2. Essiac Tea: My Soul Said Yes (Even If My Taste Buds Didn’t)

I first heard about Essiac tea in our CancerCrew+ community. One of the members mentioned it, and something about the way they spoke about it pulled at me. I ended up reaching out to the company directly to learn more—who they were, where the formula came from, and what this was all about.

The story was fascinating. The formula was originally created by an Indian healer, and today the herbs are all organically grown and harvested with care. The owner was incredibly genuine, and after our interview, I ordered it on the spot.

It takes about six months for the herbs to really do their job, but the testimonials are amazing—and so is the company’s integrity. The tea costs less than a dollar a day, and they’ve made it clear they will never raise the price. They regularly donate the tea to people who can’t afford it, and they’ve promised never to compromise the quality or purity of the tea in the name of profit.

Even though the taste is rough (let’s be honest), and the timing makes the rest of my protocol a bit trickier, I truly feel something when I drink it.

It’s like it’s cleaning me out—one layer at a time. That’s how the tea works, and honestly, it mirrors how I feel this entire healing process has worked: slow, deep, intuitive, and powerful.

3. The Way I Use My Imagination to Emotionally Heal

I meditate every single day, not just to calm my mind but also to see if visualization really works.

I go in with a creative mind and imagine both my past and future selves.

To my past self—the Carli from a year ago who couldn’t stop thinking about suicide, who was in agony—I send energy. I picture myself as I am now, whispering:

"Carli, hold on. I know this is agony. But it all makes sense. YOU COME OUT VICTORIOUS. And it’s more incredible than you can imagine."

Something about that heals me. Heals a part of my heart that was shattered in the chaos of cancer treatment.

It helps me realize that if things hadn’t gotten as bad as they did—and for as long as they did—I never would’ve discovered the protocol that’s helping me now. Ivermectin. Fenbendazole. The practices that brought me back to life.

Sometimes it feels like my soul chose this path. Chose to walk through the fire so I could help others find their way out of it. So that I could say: there is hope. So I could be a voice of light for people still in the dark.

Then I imagine my future self—10 years out, still cancer FREE, gathering and sharing more and more stories of people who tried this protocol and got the kind of miracle results we thought were impossible. I imagine the fear around cancer dissolving. I imagine people diagnosed in the future feeling empowered instead of doomed. I get excited thinking that the message could grow and grow until we truly don’t have to fear cancer anymore.

And I think… maybe this is my life’s purpose.
Maybe all the suffering wasn’t random—it was alchemy.
I turned lead into gold. Pain into power.

I ask my future self to keep lighting the way.
And I picture her casting a beam of light back onto my past self—like a lighthouse in the fog she can just barely see.

These high states of concentration might be total BS. Who knows?
But for me, they change everything.
They shift my state of being. They connect me to something higher and wiser, and more real than I could ever explain.

These inner conversations are medicine.

And as far as my brain is concerned, it doesn’t know the difference between what I imagine and what’s happening in the physical world. That’s what makes this practice so powerful.

According to Dr. Joe Dispenza, in the quantum field, every potential reality already exists—including one where I am completely healed, joyful, and free. That version of me is already out there.

So when I enter deep states of meditation, I’m not daydreaming. I’m rehearsing a future, emotionally experiencing it as if it’s happening now, and aligning my energy with that reality.

When I combine that vision with elevated emotions like gratitude, awe, and love—I believe I’m signaling to the quantum field: That’s the future I choose. That’s the one I’m drawing into my present.

I feel so happy when I do it. I leave my meditation feeling so hopeful excited and unstoppable. Those feeling feel good NOW, That’s why I keep doing it.

Some things I'm currently scheduled to do at a clinic in Mexico:

  • NK cells through IV

  • High-dose vitamin C

  • Ozone therapy

  • Mesenchymal Stem Cell Infusions

  • Radionics

I will send a full report and breakdown of costs related to my experience in the next newsletter.

Disclaimer:

I want to make two things clear:

  1. I'm not a doctor, and you shouldn't take anything above as medical advice for your individual situation. Just a patient who has direct experience with cancer.

  2. Everything I wrote is what I am doing. There may be better protocols out there but if I haven't done it, I wont recommend it based on the research alone.
